Why here
What the job is actually like
Commercial relocation is physical, and it is mostly done outside business hours. In return the work is predictable, the crews are stable and nobody is standing at a hiring hall at 6 am hoping for a shift.
Employees, not day labour
Every mover is on our payroll with workers compensation, not hired through an agency on the morning of a job.
Overtime you can plan around
Weekend and after-hours windows are scheduled weeks ahead, not sprung on you the night before.
Training that transfers
Forklift certification, rigging, ESD handling and chain-of-custody procedure, all paid for.
A ladder that exists
Most of our supervisors and two of our project managers started on crews. The route up is normal here.

Email an application(713) 555-0198Full time, hourly, based at Milwee Street. You will run crates, build workstations, lay protection and label to a floor plan. No experience required if you can follow a sequence and turn up on time. Sample rate: $19 to $24 per hour plus overtime on after-hours windows.
Full time, salaried. You hold origin or destination on live windows, brief the crew, own the protection standard and walk the punch list. Requires three years on commercial crews and the ability to read a floor plan without being talked through it.
Full time, salaried. Rack audits, port maps, de-racking, chain-of-custody logging and recommission. Data centre or structured cabling background preferred. You will work alongside client IT teams, so the communication matters as much as the hands.
Full time. Local Houston work plus interstate lanes. Clean record required, current medical card, and comfort with air-ride loads and certified scale procedure. Sample rate: $27 to $33 per hour, with per diem on interstate runs.
Full time, day shift. Barcoded intake, put-away, picking to release schedules and monthly inventory reconciliation. Forklift certification provided if you do not already hold one.
Full time, salaried. You survey, scope, plan and run projects end to end, and you sign the punch list. Requires five years in commercial relocation or facilities project delivery. This is the role everything else on this list supports.
