Project and client information

Commercial relocation projects involve floor plans, seat lists, asset registers, IT inventories and building access details. In a live engagement that information is treated as confidential, shared only with crew members who need it to perform the work, and retained only as long as the project record requires.

Because this is a demonstration website, no project information is collected, stored or transmitted. Forms on this site do not submit to any server and no data leaves your browser.

Chain of custody records

Where a project involves data-bearing assets, a chain-of-custody log is created recording asset tags, serial numbers, seal numbers and signatures at each transfer. In a live engagement that log belongs to the client and is supplied to them at project close.
