Four clinics relocated between patient days without a cancelled appointment

A growing clinic network consolidated four leased suites into two purpose-built medical office buildings in Sugar Land and Clear Lake. Cancelling patient days was not an option at any site.

Three imaging suites required manufacturer decommission and recalibration, and refrigerated stock had to stay inside range throughout.

How we ran it

1. 01

   Move inside the appointment gap

   Each site loaded after the last appointment and was built, tested and cleaned before the first appointment the following morning. Fourteen movers per night made the window achievable.

2. 02

   Imaging on the engineer's clock

   Manufacturer engineers decommissioned on the Friday and recommissioned on the Saturday. Our rigging schedule was written around their availability, not the reverse.

3. 03

   Records and cold chain

   Patient records moved sealed with a named custodian on the clinic side. Refrigerated stock moved last, in validated coolers with continuous temperature logging.

The result

All four sites opened on schedule with no cancelled appointments across the six-week programme. Every imaging suite was recalibrated and signed off before patients returned.

Surplus furniture from the two closed suites was donated to a community health provider, with receipts issued to the client's finance team.

We did not cancel a single patient. For a clinic network, that is the only metric that counts.
